The Participatory Value Evaluation (PVE) is a method for participation increasingly utilized by ministries, provinces, municipalities, and parliaments. Developed at Delft University of Technology in 2017, the PVE method allows policymakers and politicians to discern the values, principles, and preferences of large groups of citizens.
